Viva, Almost Las Vegas

My FIRST google earth travel with you guys :)

Ok, so tonight I rolled the dice and it took us to...NEVADA.

I have never physically been there before. I expected a desert location, and I was right. We landed in Henderson, NV at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino.

Henderson is located SE of Las Vegas, and has nice mountain and desert vibes/views. Henderson is a town of approximately 300,000, and the casino is located next to a hospital and a high school.

This is a pretty good sized casino with GREAT entrance presentation and ample parking. It boasts its lounges, bars, and restaurants. Upon researching, rooms seem to be appropriately priced at $60/night and King Suites up to $210/night. The website indicated that they have socially distanced games, as well as increased cleaning due to COVID-19.

The crowd looked more mature, however, the events and GIANT ASS bowling alley prove to be attractive to the whole family. My first casino experience was at Winstar in Oklahoma, and I would say this appears similar. A family casino experience without the strippers and night life, lol.

Pictures from google/google earth below. Don't unpack your bags, we'll be taking off again tomorrow :)
